For many years we have published promotional structures to our customers once every three weeks. Retailers receive a publication and simultaneously they are contacted by our sales force and tele-sales team, so that they have the opportunity to place orders and take advantage of promotional offers. Eclubdeals.org has been created and registered to provide our retail customers with a greater level of communication regarding our promotions. The fundamental difference is that they will receive an e-mail with different products three times during the three weekly sell out. Each time an eclub deal is despatched to a retailer, a text message is also sent to advise them of the deals that are available. Behind the email is a sophisticated software package. As I said earlier, we have a large number of formats for our promotional leaflets and of course we have fifty-seven depots all with different customers who can register for eclub deals. The software that we have developed takes account of the many variations available, so for example, retail customers receive an e-mail from their own wholesaler, not from Sugro, and the e-mail they receive reflects the pricing that is applicable to them. We also see great opportunities for specific eclub deals applicable to our eclub deal members. This provides fantastic commercial opportunities for our retail partners in subscribing to our eclub deals. The initiative is already underway with an existing database of retail customers and eighteen wholesalers continuing to build their retail customer base within eclub deals. We would anticipate that before the end of the first half of 2011 in excess of thirty wholesalers will be a part of eclub deals and of course an extensive range of independent retailers.
