I have just registered, but when I attempt to log in I am told that my username or password is not recognised?
Once you have registered we need to perform routine checks before we can activate your account. Once your account has been approved we will contact you by e-mail to inform you when your account will be active.
Can I place an order for tobacco only products?
No. Your order must be a mix of tobacco and non-tobacco products.
I have forgotten my password?
On the logon page you will find a 'forgot password' link, click on this link and you will be asked for your email address. We will then send you an e-mail with a link to a page where you can create a new password
I have recently changed my e-mail address, how do I change my account details?
Please send an e-mail quoting your original details and your amended details to admin@sugro.co.uk and we will make the changes for you.
Is there a minimum drop?
Your order must be more than £300 of non-tobacco items.
