Sugro UK, the member-owned buying and marketing group comprising of over 90 independent wholesalers, continues to boost their membership with the recruitment of Edinburgh-based wholesale grocer, Margiotta.

Margiotta is Edinburgh’s largest independent wholesaler and food retailer, stocking a range of impulse products, grocery lines, alcohol, and non-food items. Margiotta is Scotland’s long-standing family-run business which has served Edinburgh since the early 1970s and operates 10 own-branded convenience stores which are well equipped to provide food – to – go services across Edinburgh and East Lothian.
